1. Our services

WowMake is a print-on-demand and creator-commerce platform. Makers can upload designs, publish products, share stories, and earn commissions when shoppers buy customized goods.

We may update features, pricing, or shipping regions at any time. Descriptions, mockups, and previews are illustrative; minor production variation may occur.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use WowMake. We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to register or use the service (see COPPA in our Privacy Policy).
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to sell, purchase, or receive payouts where required by law.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
• You may browse, save drafts, and start an order as a guest without creating an account. Guest activity is linked to your device/session and will merge into your account if you sign in or register afterward.

3. Your content & designs

You retain ownership of designs, videos, storyboards, and other content you upload (“User Content”). You grant WowMake a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, promote, and fulfill orders that include your User Content.

• You represent that you own or have all rights necessary to upload and sell User Content.
• You are solely responsible for the copyright, trademark, and licensing status of your User Content. If your content infringes third-party rights and causes loss to WowMake, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless.
• You will not upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• You will not upload unlawful, hateful, deceptive, or sexually exploitative material.
• We may remove content or reject publish requests that violate our policies or partner requirements.

4. AI-generated content

WowMake may offer AI-assisted tools for video, imagery, 3D previews, and design effects. AI outputs are provided for creative assistance only.

• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is unique, error-free, or free of potential third-party rights.
• We are not liable for inaccuracies, hallucinations, or unintended similarities produced by AI models.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted outputs before publishing or ordering printed goods.
• Synthetic or AI-assisted media may be labeled in metadata or previews where required by law or platform policy.

5. Brand & trademark simulation disclaimer

Visual simulations on WowMake—including 3D product mockups, bead previews, and AI video effects—are technical demonstrations only. They do not imply official endorsement, sponsorship, or authorization by any automobile, luxury, fashion, entertainment, or other brand depicted or suggested in a design.

6. Orders, pricing & payment

• Displayed prices may exclude taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Payment is collected when you place an order. We use third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
• Because items are made to order, order changes or cancellations may not be possible after production begins.
• We may refuse or cancel orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, or compliance restrictions.

7. Production & shipping

Print-on-demand products are made to order after you checkout. Production and delivery times vary by product, region, and carrier. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. You are responsible for accurate shipping details.

8. Creator program & commissions

• Commission rates, coupons, and payout rules are shown in your Maker Hub dashboard and may change with notice.
• Payouts are subject to verification, chargeback reserves, tax documentation, and minimum thresholds.
• Attempting to manipulate referrals, self-purchases, or metrics may result in forfeiture of earnings and account closure.
• Selling products that contain infringing, illegal, or prohibited designs may result in delisting, withheld payouts, and account termination.

9. MOD marketplace listings

WowMake also operates "MOD" marketplace listings, where independent makers sell their own finished, non-customized products directly to buyers. Unlike our print-on-demand (POD) service, WowMake does not manufacture or fulfill MOD items — the maker is the seller of record and is solely responsible for producing, packaging, and shipping the item as described.

• For MOD orders, WowMake acts as a marketplace facilitator and as the maker's limited payment collection agent. When you pay WowMake for a MOD item, that payment is treated as payment to the maker, and your payment obligation to the maker is satisfied once WowMake receives it. WowMake holds the maker's proceeds until delivery is confirmed, then pays them out to the maker, and collects and remits applicable sales tax as required by marketplace facilitator laws in your jurisdiction.
• Makers selling MOD listings are independent sellers, not WowMake employees or agents. WowMake does not inspect, test, or certify MOD items before listing.
• Makers are responsible for compliance with applicable product safety, labeling, and consumer protection laws for the goods they list.

10. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

In addition to these Terms, you agree not to upload, publish, or sell content that includes or promotes:

• Violence, gore, or threats against individuals or groups.
• Sexually explicit, exploitative, or pornographic material.
• Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.
• Unauthorized copyrighted music, film, television, sports, or brand assets.
• Counterfeit goods, hidden promotional QR codes, or deceptive scams.
• Illegal drugs, weapons, or other regulated goods where prohibited.
• Personal data of others without lawful basis or consent.
• AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (AI NCII), deepfake sexual content, or any attempt to use WowMake or Google APIs connected to WowMake to create or distribute such material.

11. Prohibited conduct

• Reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with platform security or rate limits.
• Misrepresenting affiliation with WowMake or impersonating other users.
• Circumventing geographic, sanctions, or intellectual-property restrictions.
• Using the service to distribute malware, spam, or unauthorized personal data.
• Using Google APIs or WowMake AI features to generate non-consensual intimate imagery.

12. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOWMAKE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WOWMAKE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO WOWMAKE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

13. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

The English language version of these Terms is the governing version. Translations are provided for convenience only. If a translation conflicts with the English text, the English text controls.
